We thoroughly quality check the package to make sure the order is correct but if items appear defected or you have received the wrong order, please contact customer.sevn@gmail.com with your order number, within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note it can take up to 3 days to hear back from our customer service team and we do not operate on weekends. Please do not spam or mailbox as it increases wait items.
Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted under extreme circumstances. It should be returned back to us in brand new condition with item packaging included. if it’s visible, that item has already been worn or used then we will not offer a return.
Refunds are given on the item only and not on the shipping fee. No refunds on sale items.
For international customers, please note that we are not responsible for any custom charges. This must be paid for by the customer. If the parcel is returned to us - we will refund you for the item only not the shipping fee.
